Local Governance through Panchayati Raj

This manuscript is based on a study on Role of Pradhans in Panchayati raj systems .In the book the author has tried to measure the literacy of Gram Pradhans about panchayati raj rules regulation and activities. The study has gathered different facts and figures and malpractices in panchayati raj work, participation in the P.R. system and personal development of pradhans after being elected to P.R. system. These findings would help the policy makers. Planners rural development agents to think and plan further activities of panchayati raj in India

Born in 1972 Dr Kalyan Ghadei Ph.D (BHU),B.Mus (ABGMM), C.C ( Polski) has a brilliant academic beginning throughout his career.He is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department Extension Education in BHU,Varanasi,India.He is a member in many academic bodies and published about 20 papers in journals and conferences.
