Dr. R. P. PAL arbeitet derzeit als Assistenzprofessor für öffentliche Verwaltung an der Dilla University in Äthiopien. Er verfügt über mehr als acht Jahre Lehrerfahrung und hat mehr als 20 Artikel in anerkannten Fachzeitschriften und Büchern veröffentlicht. Außerdem war er als Testadministrator in verschiedenen Forschungsprojekten der Gesamtalphabetisierungskampagne tätig.
