Locus of control and job satisfaction in a Trujillo-based company

A measurement was made of the satisfaction levels of the company fármacos del norte, this was used to contrast them with the management of individual locus of control of each person, and thus be able to determine the relationship between these two, which showed that they are directly related, so it was concluded that people with good management of internal locus of control, are more satisfied with their work which consequently makes them more productive.
