Logistics Challenges

The goal of the project is to improve the addressing and classification of products and thereby achieve agility, have well prepared employees and create an exclusive stock to serve e-commerce customers. With the training of employees, use of technology, temporarily EXCEL was used. Soon the WMS system was implanted, which is a specific resource to correctly control the stock, because it is necessary the addressing to facilitate the finding of the pieces, to have a frequent organization what is essential to meet the e-commerce customers who require more speed and have to meet delivery deadlines.
