In this book, the side-lobes are optimized using binary codes which have good auto and cross correlation properties. The designed binary codes are generated by using equal weighted binary hex codes and digital encoding sequences. These binary sequences hold good auto and cross-correlation property and reduce the design complexity. As a result, minimized side lobes and long seqence lengths give higher compression ratio hence, high range resolution.The presented technique helps to detect the moving targets by minimizing the side-lobes and creating multiple clear windows with respect to the Doppler and minimize the hardware of the range gates. The proposed technique is demonstrated by using MATLAB
