Low Cost Automation And Effective Material Handling Systems

The book is an effort to amalgamate the two concepts of LOW COST AUTOMATION and MATERIAL HANDLING by implementing very simple and innovative ideas for achieving effective material handling. The book has two parts; a case study to demonstrate low cost automation by conceptualizing, designing and fabricating a Job Auto Loader, whereas second part demonstrates effective material handling using several innovative ideas of improvising upon the existing material handling system.

Dinil Gajbhiye, received Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engg. Pune (Pune University)& Master of Management degree from SJMSOM, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Currently employed with Infosys as a functional consultant. Previously worked with Coal India, IBM, and did internships at Bajaj Auto, HP, Impetus Technologies.
