Over the last few years, the egg yolk of the hen is used as the cold shock absorbent in preservation of Bovine Semen. The presence of Low Density Lipoprotein in the egg yolk of hen, the egg yolk is used for semen preservation. Various adverse effects are observed by using of the EY of hen on preservation of bovine semen whereas low Density Lipoprotein is extracted from EY of hen is showing significant beneficial effects in preservation of bovine semen. LDL has significant improvement in the freezability and in vitro fertility in bivibe semen preservation. This book will help to the breeders and farmers to improve the fertility in artificial breeding centre and to enhance the reproductive performance in cost effective manner.
