Robots are one of the most important discoveries of the century. Studies in this field have increased with the development of technology. Today, robots are capable of doing everything that people can do. The most important issue to be considered in the operation of robots is that robots have a proper control mechanism. In this book, a study was carried out on this subject. This book focuses on the development of the adaptive robust controller which is one of the best control methods and presentes its application to the robot manipulator.

Ömür Can Özgüney received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Istanbul University, in 2012 and 2017 respectively. He works as research assistant at Istanbul University-Cerrahpäa, Mechanical Engineering Department, Turkey, since 2012. His current research interests include adaptive control, robust control, robotic.
