Machiavelli and instrumental reason in educational public management

In Machiavelli's thinking and instrumental reason, education and public management are factors of power and Eurocentric domination, this occurs from colonization to the present day. It is unquestionable the manipulation of man and the modern conception of politics as a calculating technique of domination with the depredation of nature. Where the instrumental reason of positivist origin becomes an omnipotent, efficient instrument, at the service of useful objectives with the defense of the supremacy that gives the policy of public management, legitimizes the means and instruments so that its action can be developed in the interests of the State, where education with instrumental rationality, is a form of domination integrated to a world system, with a hegemonic thought.
