Macroeconomic and econometric indicators and indices of international trade

This research work was carried out with the aim of analyzing the economic tools and indicators affecting Argentina's international trade in 2020, trying to find a macroeconomic or econometric reference pattern for decision making in search of increasing the welfare of Argentine companies. A documentary observation was carried out to compare quantitative variables between the years 2010 and 2019, and trends were calculated finding high R 2 values. The interpretation of the results turned out to be a real challenge since the indexes and indicators do not always reflect a clear meaning for the companies and the Argentinean economy, finding in general not very encouraging tendencies that should serve as a guide to correct imbalances affecting the country's trade with the world in search of protecting and enhancing the companies' results and their benefits.Keywords: indicators; macroeconomics; econometrics; trade; international.
