Main forms of expression of prayer

Prayer can take many forms of expression, such as: adoration, praise, confession, petition, intercession and thanksgiving. As Christians, these different forms of prayer expression are important for our spiritual life. Scripture exhorts and commands us to pray in all kinds of ways, at all times (whatever the circumstances) and before all things, and to do so with all perseverance (Ephesians 6:18; 1 Timothy 2:1-2). Also, these different forms of prayer put us in communion and communication with our heavenly Father, and allow us to pour out our hearts before him, to solve our problems, to obtain something from him, to bring us joy, to change our life situations, etc. This book explains the use, importance and necessity of each of the prayers for a fulfilled life.
