Maintenance Model using Lean Tools

This work shall guide industrial maintenance practitioners in selecting and prioritizing the lean tools in real practice to improve productivity of maintenance using scientific techniques. Author's own hands-on experience of about 12 years in the machines maintenance using lean tools has added value to the work. Data collection and analysis is very systematic and maintenance model has been developed using SEM and AHP.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Soni has worked at various positions in reputed Indian industries for about 12 years in the field of Maintenance especially on TPM, 5S, Kaizen etc. Since last 11 years in academic field and presently working as Assistant Professor at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (India) in department of Mechanical Engineering.
