MAJOR WORKS IN CÔTE D'IVOIRE

Since the advent of Côte d'Ivoire's current administration following the post-electoral crisis in 2011, a number of major projects have been completed. Many of these had been planned or even financed under previous governments. Our feeling is that financial logic has prevailed over the initial dream of greatness, and that it has very often gone astray.That's why, while we recognize the effort that has been made, we urge the current governments to be less triophantic.
