Lecturers are the supporting hands behind many of the business tycoons. They shape our carrer so as we can stand somewhere in this world. In this book the factors has been discussed which contribute to job satisfaction of lecturers. .By using Principal Component Analyses and Factor Analyses(SPSS Software) 7 factors has been derived which contribute to job satisfaction of lecturers. The hierarchy of the factors also had been discussed. And the variables included in those factors also has been discussed. By using this Any institute can increase the job satisfaction of its lecturers. And can make those individuals happy who are the reasons of many smile.
