It is clear that human resources are the cornerstone of many companies in any sector. In the current economic scenario, the competitive advantages of companies lie more in the collective talent of their personnel than in their assets, be they real estate, technology or means of production.This book presents the basic foundations of the new human resources management of the company. Pere Cantarero Verger holds a degree in Education Sciences from the UIB and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the UOC. He is one of the few people who has held responsibilities in human resources management in the four administrations: state, regional, provincial and local, which gives him enormous experience.
