Management

Humans have been engaged in organized activities and management for thousands of years, perhaps even longer. The pyramids offer a particularly interesting example. Who invented management, generals or bishops? The Army and the Church are two great models of organization that are remarkable for their duration, according to the experts. In the 20th century alone, enough doctrines and methods have been developed to avoid a paternity suit. The Americans are the champions in all categories of management literature. While Europe has almost always lived under this dominant wind, a certain depth of field is not useless in order to understand today's management. Finally, it is important to remember that the authors have sometimes made the actors do stupid things. And that the first strategist of the company remains ... the one who holds the handle. Management is a way of rationally directing and managing an organization (company, public body, association), of organizing activities, of setting goals and objectives, of building strategies.
