Making decision using management science is a method applied by companies that want to have all the factors in place when consider a certain path for their company. Management applications are needed to improve an organization's ability to enact rational and accurate, searching for the optimal decision regarding a certain problem. Thus, Management. Applications represents a contribution of the authors to the to the enrichment of worldwide management examples useful for decision making. The aspects presented in the book refer to various method used for decision making such as Linear programming, Transport algorithm, Hungarian algorithm, Critical Path method, PERT method, Game theory, determining products prices, production capacity, stock count, etc. Also, it must be said that the book is useful for both entrepreneurs, when searching for a method to decide, and students in order to learn how to solve management problems.
