Management Development Process in the Mauritian Hotel Sector

This book helps to get an idea about using the grounded theory approach to develop models in the management field. Qualitative research is very rare in this area. However, there is a growing interest in this type of methodology in the management arena now. In addition, the books helps to see the way the Nvivo software has been used for the purpose of analysing interview data obtained from interviews of people concerned with the management development process in the hotel sector in a small island economy.
