Dr. Annika Steiber is an international authority in the field of management for the digital age. She is founder and CEO of the research company A.S. Management Insights AB and Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, founded by professor David Teece and located in Silicon Valley.
Dr. Steiber has a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. She is the author of several award-winning articles and of the books 'The Google Model: Management for Continuous Innovation in a Rapidly Changing World' (Springer, 2014), and 'The Silicon Valley Model: Management for Entrepreneurship' (Springer, 2016). She has over 18 years of executive experience with both startups and larger companies in the private high-tech sector.
