Management,Mathematical Programming with Gender Perspective in Mexico

This book presents innovations in the administration, using mathematical algorithms that optimize resources with a gender perspective to ensure equality, equity and fairness in employment opportunities in Mexico. The research file offer many creative programmning codes with world-class structured languages. This methodology may be used in any public or private company in any country as a way of increasing competitiveness and areas of opportunity for women in the world. We hope to help with this creative idea using linear programming to minimize the gap between women opportunities to try to balance the gender perspective in labor activities in a justice way to reach their dreams and goals in this world.
