Change management is an essential practice in any organization that helps companies to deal with the transition or transformation of the normal goals, technologies, or processes. Primarily, the core purpose is to implement and enforce strategies that will help to control change, affect changes, and ensure that people adapt to any new changes. Thus, change is a reaction to specific opportunities and problems that an organization faces based on both external and internal stimuli. Given its essentiality, the concerned authorities should engage the workforce and stakeholders when implementing the changes, a move that reduce the level of resistance and enhance its intake.
