Management of Oral Submucous Fibrosis

Oral submucous fibrosis is a precancerous condition associated with the use of betel quid. This dessertation covers review of treatment modalities of Oral submucous fibrosis .The aim of this study is to compare the treatment outcome of Oral submucous fibrosis patients treated with pedicled buccal pad fat graft and contact diode lasers. A newer method of treatment was carried out on number of patients by using Diode lasers for transecction of fibrous bands under Local Anaesthesia and satisfactroy results were achieved.

Was awarded Colgate Gold Medal For securing highest marks in final year in University. Was into privatate practise for 10 years and then did my post graduation from RDC, Loni, India.
