Management of oro-antral fistula

Oro-antral communications and fistulas are complications frequently encountered by oral and maxillofacial surgeons and its repairing is one of the most challenging and difficult problem. The author present the problem, microbiology of oro-antral fistula and possibilities of surgical treatment. known and less known method operative methods are described and their advantages and disadvantages are analysed.
