This monograph reveals new links in the pathogenesis and lengthening the duration of the anhydrous period by increasing glutathione peroxidase, folic acid, alpha fetoprotein, fibronectin, improving the indications of antioxidant protection, as well as normalizing the LPO/AOD balance, which allow us to identify new aspects of the pathogenesis of this pathology. Confirmed by the use in the study of modern, complementary clinical, biochemical, statistical methods, as well as a sufficient number of examined patients, the improvement of diagnostic and prognostic criteria for premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women, which are justified by a set of statistical analysis methods, as well as their correct application; comparison of the obtained results with foreign and domestic studies; conclusion, confirmation of the obtained results by authorized structures.
