Brown Planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (Stal.) (Delphacidae: Homoptera), is an economically important insect pest of rice. This book entitled "Management of Rice Brown Planthopper" provides the information on insecticides that are effective aganist BPH management. This book also deals with some of the advanced cultures that are resistant to BPH. This publication is the original work of the author done as part of M.SC research work.

Ms. K. Deekshita did her B.Sc (Ag.) from Agricultural College, Naira. She has completed M.Sc (Ag.) in department of Entomology at Agricultural College, Bapatla. Presently pursuing Ph D from agricultural College, Bapatla and the doctoral research work was conducted at CRIDA, Hyderabad on fate of insecticides under future climate change scenario.
