Management of School Meetings Through Stories

The idea to come up with a book dedicated to Management of School Meetings Through Stories was born out of a question that I received one day from a member of the teaching staff in my school: "is there a text book from which you draw all these stories that you use in our meetings"? It dawned on me that I had for some time now gotten used to incorporating stories in most of the school meetings under the reflection segment... One thing that attracted me to come up with the book is the beauty that comes along with the inclusion of stories in meetings as they encourage members of staff to sit together and share ideas on issues. This helps in the decision making and selection of the direction to take as an institution. This ensures that school meetings are fruitful and worthwhile.
