Management of social projects based on competency-based training
Details
This proposal for educational improvement is based on the idea that, in order to enrich a space, to appropriate and innovate through knowledge, it is important to renew, since those who persist in the old school only destine ruined canines for those who begin to walk. The proposal proposes the modification of contents and learning methodologies of the subject of Planning of social projects, taken in the sixth semester of the Social Communication career of the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, in order to enable communicators in training to develop skills not only in project planning, but in the whole cycle that comprises the Management of social projects. For the design of this proposal, a previous diagnosis was made, where the need to train a communicator capable of analyzing, interpreting, diagnosing, managing, planning, executing and evaluating with relevance and expertise, in the different contexts that require it, was evidenced. This will enable the communicator in training to open new work spaces in which his or her knowledge is necessary, according to the demands of the current labor market.
