Management of Stress

This book presents some issues in stress management relevant to reducing burnout and increasing productivity and efficiency among emergency medical personnel, especially in the Pre-hospital area. Pre-hospital staff are at the worst and most dangerous conditions on the patient's bedside and are always exposed to stress due to the scary scenes they are exposed to. Therefore, stress management training is of major importance.
