Management of swearing-in files in the courts

This book outlines the main aspects of the management of oath-taking files in the courts by the key players, i.e. magistrates and court clerks. It covers the entire process, from receipt of the file to its examination in the judge's chambers, as well as the actual conduct of the hearing. SAVADOGO Sommanagdo Clément ist ein junger Richter aus Burkina Faso. Er studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Thomas Sankara, wo er 2014 seinen Masterabschluss machte. Im selben Jahr nahm er am Ohada-Wettbewerb "Génie en herbe Ohada" in Abidjan teil, bei dem das Team aus Burkina Faso den zweiten Platz belegte. Im Jahr 2017 wurde er zum Concours de la magistrature zugelassen.
