Management Practices of Political Parties in Gujarat

All parties in India, formally, are secular, socialist and democratic, as it is compulsory for the parties to proclaim genuine confidence in these principles while they enroll with the Election Commission of India. In reality also, parties cling to socialism and secularism, obviously granting them with their own particular implications. Political parties are managing their activities, members, leaders, etc. with the management functions very very strategically. Which helps parties to grow and sustain in the field for better services to citizen in particular and Country at large.
