Management role in organizational behaviour

Organizational behavior is the study of both group and individual performance and activity within an organization. This area of study examines human behavior in a work environment and determines its impact on job structure, performance, communication, motivation, leadership, etc. It is very important to study organizational behavior because it provides an understanding of why people behave as they do in organizations. Organizational Behavior helps us to study the complex nature of human beings in organizations by identifying causes and effects of that behavior.
