Management Series 1

Management Series 1 covers theories of management,managerial roles,the business environment, the four functions of management and other areas. The forthcoming management Series 2 will cover other areas of management including case studies and questions for students.The two books cover course outline for first year university students doing principles of management and students taking Management of Business at Advanced Level.The books will also give local and international examples to enhance the understanding of management by students.Management is core in every aspect of life,may it be in business or social life,without management there is bound to be problems ,just imagine how father and mother manage or mismanage the family affairs at home and the complex relationships demanded by the family set up.Companies,relationships families have collapsed due to poor management.Poor management everywhere in life is a recipe for disaster.
