Social dynamics and the world of work have become increasingly complex in the 21st century. Strikes, demonstrations, mobilizations, and countless actions challenging the status quo have become commonplace around the world, in the streets, in schools, and in factories. "Management theories and the practice of worker control at Flasko: the case of Flaskô" is the case of a factory occupied in the interior of the state of São Paulo, in the city of Sumaré, which faces dynamics in a unique way, as it is the only occupied factory in the country that has no boss and has been resisting for more than 10 years, facing problems of various kinds, from market-related issues to those concerning politics. In this sense, the study is based on management theories to understand the case from the perspective of worker control.
