Managing a credit institution

At present, in the conditions of the global systemic crisis that has not yet ended, there is an intense search for ways and means to prevent a new world collapse. The world today and Russia as its significant part are in a difficult situation. There is economic "shrinkage", political instability, increasing social tensions, aggravation of "knotty" - the most intractable problems in all spheres of social life, previously hidden behind the positive results of extensive growth. Apparently, the world can expect a prolonged recession, a "new round" of crisis in the coming years is not excluded, which will entail even greater political, social and, perhaps, significant geopolitical changes. In these circumstances, credit institutions, which in addition to monetary and credit perform important public social functions, are a kind of "islands of stability" of the modern Russian economy, as well as the springboards of its future growth.It is generally recognized that the quality of services provided by credit institutions directly depends on the quality of management of these organizations, and the latter, in turn, on the chosen model of corporate governance and control, organizational structure and efficiency of its implementation.
