Managing financial Resources in organization is a product targeted at the Financial Management Function in enterprises that have evolved from being a subject area in Economics to a Strategic function as seen today. The book aims to meet the Needs of Financial Managers of business organizations in Uganda in effective and efficient utilization of financial resources so as to achieve their strategic objectives and goals if they are to survive in today's changing business environments. Financial management should be taken as part of the organizational framework to enable business organizations to accomplish their set objectives.
