Managing People in the Classroom

This book brings some studies on entrepreneurship in the classroom, from the view of Creative Economy, adopting People Management as the basis for developing future entrepreneurs and helping students to create companies with teams well grounded in strategic planning of people. It brings important concepts in the area of people management and two projects developed in the technical school, Etec de Itararé, where students could experience the construction of their companies and the process of hiring employees. Thus, the importance of working on learning through projects aimed at building the entrepreneurial future can be seen.
