This book searches what can be learned through the process of introducing major organisational strategic changes and transformation which is publicised in the up-to-date academic literature. Currently it may be assumed that this has steered several terrible strategic implications and failure of future strategies, given the turbulence in the business environment at the moment, caused by the worldwide Covid 19 Pandemic since February 2020. It will consider the significant change and transformation drivers in the economy and the pace of change against a back ground of good performance and organisational learning. It will furthermore debate organisations as they learn through strategic changes and transformation. It has by this time been learned that we are living in a turbulent period where changes and transformation are the symbol of our periods and the pace of strategic changes and transformation seems to be accelerating .Management teams these days recognise that Strategic Changes and transformation present challenges to our organisations as they face new-fangled forms of competition in a market progressively more becoming global.
