Manufacturing Productivity using OEE Metrics

This book has a new kind of research that is the integration of survey and practical case study followed by real time simulation. Salient conclusions are drawn from the findings and new insights of manufacturing performance is being suggested to the manufacturing industry. The author has devoted 3 years full time to find new insights and it is validated by OEE experts and real time implementation. It is also found that sustainability is more important than mere implementation of OEE.
