Study targets on Isolation and identification (molecular and biochemical) of Polyphenol Oxidases producing bacteria from marine environment,Marine water samples were collected from different costal regions of India and further isolation, large scale production using B. Braun Biostat fermenter, purification, characterization and kinetics of enzyme and clinical, environmental and industrial applications of polyphenol oxidase enzyme.
