MVLLl, is one of the Peruvians who has most stimulated intellectual thought in recent decades. With his genius he made a great number of literary works exploring the political man. This text wants to pay tribute to his life and achievements and we hope that shaken by the pain of his departure in this 2025 we can finish his exclamation of FREEDOM from the MOVEMENT he founded, to continue his legacy from the SEEDING MOVEMENT putting into practice the RESPONSIBILITY.
