Combined severe craniocerebral injuries are the most urgent medical and social problems of our time. Intensive scientific and technical progress, high speed of means of transportation, annual growth of rhythm and pace of life in developed countries sharply contributed to the increase of negative dynamics of frequency and severity of combined injuries. In patients with combined severe traumas with arisen acute erosion and ulcer in the stomach and duodenum, joint study of the role of a complex of poly-tyiopathogenetic factors, development of a new modern complex of methods of prevention and treatment is extremely necessary.
