A research dedicated to find and provide with simple and inexpensive practical ways for laboratories to fabricate polymer/silicon devices for various applications helping researchers do their research and build prototypes efficiently. This work shows an alternative to a complex photolithographic process only for research and prototype building purposes. The research shown in this book is not intended to prove an alternative technique for photolithography.
