Dr. Lars Heim is Co-Founder and COO of Aeon Robotics, a startup focusing on modular robotics, artificial intelligence, drive technology, and smart components. Prior to this, he worked for several years in consulting, project management, and marketing, and founded his first startup in 2016. He studied business administration at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, marketing at the University of Groningen, and business psychology alongside his professional activities. In his dissertation (2021) at Clausthal University of Technology, he examined the impact of blockchain technology on business models. In the edited volumes Entrepreneurship der Zukunft (Springer Gabler, 2022 and 2023), he explores questions of digital transformation, megatrends, and the sustainable development of business models.
