Any approach to sanitation is a guarantee for achieving the Millennium Development Goals.It makes it possible to guarantee: ecological security, economic security, and social security.It invites an attitude of responsibility of the man as an eco-citizen towards the attributes of the Environment: Reservoir of resources and receptacle of waste. "To change the man, it is to perpetuate the salubrity as well as the conditions of habitability and the permanence of the life".The acquisition of this new matter and its appropriation reinforces our individual and collective capacities by internalization of our acts and gestures in the daily life, in the direction of improvement of our environment, framework of life, and guarantee of the conditions of habitability, leading to the vivability, the viability and the durability: ecological safety, economic safety, social safety whose resultant is the index of the human development (I.D.H.) essential element of the increase of the life expectancy.

Alexis Tohemo Lukamba ha una laurea in Gestione delle istituzioni sanitarie (2013), è sposato e ha quattro figli.
