Material Characterization and Forming Simulation of Textile Composites

This book describes the material modeling, testing and forming of textile composites. The book presents systematic multi-scale frameworks for the material characterization of textile composites to capture their anisotropic material behavior during forming. Dr. Xiongqi Peng is a Professor in the Department of Plasticity Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a fellow of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials. He has more than ten years experience in design, research and testing of textile composites. He has published numerous technical papers on textile composites.
