Details
Analysis and interpretation of steering behavior of automobile is a keystone in vehicle dynamics. The available methods for estimating the prediction of steering behavior are not suitable and have restriction to use in field conditions. Steering parameters changes from place to place. It is for these reasons extensive experimental investigation has been conducted to determine a method for predicting steering behavior. This is essentially to decided appropriateness of special bushes, they are using at various joints of suspension. The suspension basically comprises of a linkage which is a 3D mechanism SRRS (Spherical, Revolute,Revolute,Spherical). On the basis of six included angles of this four bar chain, position of kingpin axis is determined. Once the position of kingpin axis is decided corresponding Steering Parameters can be determined.
