Mathematical Problems of Operational and Organizational Control

The monograph investigates and develops new mathematical models, methods and tools aimed at improving operational and organizational control.The monograph is a systematic presentation of optimization methods used in operational and organizational control systems based on the rolling plan principle, i.e., predicting optimal controls with their periodic adjustment based on the processing of current information.The focus of the research is the dynamic programming method, its modification, methods and techniques of dimensionality reduction. To reduce computational difficulties, compare methods and maximize the use of all computing resources, the principle of complexity is used.The main target audience of the monograph is scientists and specialists in the relevant field, employees of government agencies engaged in the organization of management and implementation of tasks requiring prompt solutions, including the protection of facilities and the population in emergency situations. The results presented in the monograph can be used in scientific research and syllabi of higher educational institutions of the relevant profile.
