Values are patterns that people judge or evaluate situations, objects, actions, and other people. Values have impact on the professional and personal life of individuals. Therefore, values of organizations and individuals have consistently interactions that can be resulted as a congruence of personal and organizational values. Individual who perceives congruence between personal and organizational values will experience more positive psychological feelings and be engaged in working activities and organizations.
