Mediation as part of restorative justice

The world lives in bewilderment with the events between Russia-Ukraine and the Arab-Israeli conflict; the former, which originated more than 30 years ago when in 1991 the Soviet Union was dissolved and its territories became independent republics. Tension increased when Russia recognized the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk, located in the area known as the Donbass, which is one of the keys to the conflict, because there is a latent civil war in permanent clashes between Ukrainians and pro-Russians.
