Medical service location, network design, and system uncertainties

This chapter addresses some integrated approaches to medical services (MS) location problems, which simultaneously takes MS location, network design, and several system uncertainties into account. The proposed approaches are presented as some efficient mathematical models to protect the network against uncertainty to tackle the system reliability under unforeseen situations. Some practical case studies (on MS systems) are presented in detail to illustrate the application of the proposed model.
